Template Plans started as an experiment.
The goal: providing custom caliber home designs for those without any budget for a designer.
Over the years the template plans expanded to include floorplans that are starting points for interested Sketch Designers to expand on. Providing a jumping off point, these plans can be used to inspire someone with a new idea,
Template Plans are a rejection of the influence of developers in the residential new build market, and the homogenizing effect of their cookie-cutter neighborhoods. If you are looking for something that isn't the neighbors house simply mirrored and trimmed out with different siding, you have found a starting point. Construction Ready Homes
These are plans for houses that are ready to take to your builder. With small changes to account for the local environment, these drawings are ready to be permitted.
Hansen Homes
​These small footprint/starter house plans don't sacrifice any of the modern amenities and sensibilities of custom home design, and are meant to grow with a family through the years, with future changes being part of the initial design.
Tiny Homes
Complete floor plans for homes less than 1000 square feet. These are not micro-homes where the shower is the toilet is the kitchen space. These are small homes with real rooms.
